Terms: Invoices due and payable within thirty (30) days from invoice date. Prices are FOB Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Shipping: New World Medical, Inc., will ship according to the directions of the purchaser, provided method is traceable and shipment can be insured. All shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Authorization:

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from New World Medical, Inc. before returning any products.
Returns without an RGA Number will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

All purchases may be eligible for return within (30) days, provided the original packaging is unopened and undamaged. Products are considered accepted by the buyer unless a notice of package defect is reported within thirty days of shipping. Defective products may only be exchanged for a like product or returned for credit.

Products purchased under special agreement or committed volume purchases are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
Items past their sterility expiration date cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pericardium and sclera are excluded from return or exchange policies.
Any shortages in received products must be reported to New World Medical within thirty days of receipt.
